Nigel Stewart
Founder & CEO
Mission2Motivate
Raised in Washington, D.C., Nigel Stewart moved to Atlanta in 2017 to attend Morehouse College, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Sales. During his senior year, amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nigel founded M2M with a vision to create meaningful impact through education and entrepreneurship. After graduating, Nigel earned a Master’s degree in Sports Administration at Georgia State University. He gained valuable experience through internships with the NBA Headquarters, where he worked on venture capital initiatives and next-generation partnerships. While attending Georgia State, Nigel and M2M were accepted into their first accelerator program, the Main Street Entrepreneurs Seed Fund. That milestone became a turning point, inspiring Nigel to shift his focus from pursuing a career in sports to building M2M full-time. Since 2024, Nigel has dedicated himself to growing M2M and expanding its impact. His leadership is driven by a commitment to innovation, authenticity, and creating opportunities for the next generation. Outside of work, Nigel enjoys fitness, reading autobiographies, watching sports and films, and traveling.

Most AI conversations start with what the technology can do: this one starts with you and what you need to use it well. In this session, we’ll explore what using AI can actually look like in daily practice—not as a replacement for your knowledge or professional judgment, but as an everyday thinking partner and assistant for the work that drains you. Rather than focusing on one specific role or task, this workshop will emphasize the habits that make AI more useful across many school settings. Through real examples and honest reflection on the capabilities and limits of these tools, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of where AI fits in your work and the confidence to start experimenting on your own terms.

Breaking Silos: How an Unconventional Educator Uses AI to Lighten the Teacher Load
KR
Kayla Richardson
Career Technical Education Chair, Phalen Leadership Academies
Montgomery Public Schools
As a former social worker turned educator, I quickly realized that the heaviest burden teachers face isn't a lack of tech skills—it’s pure discouragement and isolation. In this candid fireside chat, we will look past the AI hype to discuss how technology can be used as an empathetic tool to reinforce what is being taught across different classrooms. I will share honest, real-world stories of how we can step into supportive coaching roles to lift up discouraged peers and share the curriculum load through creative media. This conversation is an invitation to stop surviving in departmental silos and start using AI to build a connected, deeply supportive school community.
