He is a member of XPRIZE's Learning & Society Brain Trust, a Senior Fellow at World in 2050, and a Salzburg Global Fellow. A robotics engineer by education, he previously led digital innovation projects and digital literacy campaigns for national organizations in Canada and France, including one of the world’s top future-of-work think tanks.

As artificial intelligence increasingly shapes the educational landscape, teachers need practical, reliable frameworks to navigate this technology safely and creatively. Developed using resources from the collaboration between Apple and Common Sense Media, this fast-paced, 45-minute interactive session is designed to demystify AI fundamentals for educators.Participants will explore core AI concepts tailored specifically for educational contexts and examine Apple’s suite of built-in AI tools. Rather than just discussing the theory, educators will interact with a values-based evaluation framework to determine which AI tools are appropriate, ethical, and beneficial for their students. Ultimately, teachers will leave the session with the foundational knowledge needed to begin drafting their own practical classroom AI implementation guide, ensuring professional judgment and human-led instruction remain at the center of the learning experience.

Expect honest stories about the roadblocks they faced, some serious myth-busting about Gen Z and tech, and their unfiltered takes on AI and digital accessibility.
